At American University in Dubai - Mohamad Bin Rashid School for Communication

I always see the Jordanian activist and businessman Ali Mohamad as a moral leader. He is 22 years old, and he established a working group called "Jaras Team" in Irbid, which aims to develop youth and help the needy people in Jordan. The reason behind choosing him out of thousands of people in his work as he is a sincere person who cares about others before money and self-interest, and this is precisely the meaning of an ethical leader. Unlike some managers who sit on their seats and order employees to work according to rules, he constantly works with them and does not differentiate between them. He also sits among people and is not arrogant about them, as he listens to them and accordingly enlarges and develops his work and his team to meet the desires and needs of the Jordanian people.

انا دائما أرى الناشط الأردني ورجل الأعمال علي محمد كقائد أخلاقي. يبلغ من العمر 22 عاماً، وقد أسس مجموعة تسمى "فريق جرس" في إربد، تهدف إلى تنمية الشباب ومساعدة المحتاجين في الأردن. والسبب في اختياره من بين آلاف الأشخاص في عمله هو أنه شخص مخلص يهتم بالآخرين قبل المال والمصلحة الذاتية، وهذا بالضبط معنى القائد الأخلاقي. على عكس بعض المديرين الذين يجلسون على مقاعدهم ويطلبون من الموظفين العمل وفقاً للقواعد، فهو يعمل معهم باستمرار ولا يفرق بينهم. كما أنه يجلس بين الناس ولا يتكبر عليهم، فهو يستمع إليهم وبالتالي يوسع ويطورعمله وفريقه لتلبية رغبات واحتياجات الشعب الأردني.

Ali Mohamad succeeded in being a moral leader and manager in his work and country. He gives speeches in Jordanian Universities, and many young people come to him for advice. Ali Muhammad is also considered one of the brave personalities we need in our companies. He admits his mistakes in front of everyone and does not put them on anyone else or hide them, making people deal with him and insure him on his secrets and needs.

نجح علي محمد في أن يكون قائداً ومديراً أخلاقياً في عمله ووطنه. يلقي خطباً في الجامعات الأردنية، ويأتي إليه الكثير من الشباب لطلب النصيحة. يعتبر علي محمد أيضاً من الشخصيات الشجاعة التي نحتاجها في شركاتنا. يعترف بأخطائه أمام الجميع ولا يضعها على أحد أو يخفيها، فيجعل الناس يتعاملون معه ويؤمنون له على أسرارهم واحتياجاتهم بشكلٍ أكبر.
